How do I personalize my thong?
Once you’ve selected your size and color, simply enter your custom message in the personalization box (up to 12 characters).
Make sure to double-check the spelling we embroider exactly what you type!
How long does production and delivery take?
Each thong is handmade within 1–2 business days.
Shipping within the UK takes 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No, we currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
All orders are sent quickly and in discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, unless there is a manufacturing issue.
